Fractional CMO for Education Organizations
Your programs work. Your marketing should too.
You’ve built something real. Your outcomes are documented. Your reputation is solid. What you don’t have is the marketing infrastructure to match the size of what you’re building.
Most education organizations don't have a marketing problem. They have a capacity problem.
The executive director is also the marketer. The program director is also writing the newsletter. Nobody has time to build a strategy, let alone execute one consistently. So marketing gets done in the margins. Inconsistent. Reactive. Disconnected from the actual value of the work.
Programs with half your impact are getting more visibility, more referrals, and more funding — because they have someone whose only job is making sure the right people know they exist.
Strategic marketing leadership that understands the education space — not a generalist who hands you a deck and disappears.
I own the marketing function. You run the programs.
A Fractional CMO is a Chief Marketing Officer who works with your organization on a retainer basis. Not a full-time hire. Not advisory-only. I embed into your leadership team, build the systems, manage execution, and make sure your message reaches the people who need to hear it.

Why education organizations specifically
I’ve spent years inside education — as a consultant, as a contributing writer for Business Insider and Parents.com, and as someone who pulled my own children out of the traditional system and rebuilt learning from the ground up. I understand the stakeholder complexities: funders, parents, district administrators, and community partners. I understand how your message has to work differently for each one.
Engagement Terms
How We Work Together
Engagements start at $3,500/month with a three-month minimum. The first 30 days focus on audit, positioning, and roadmap. Months two and three shift to execution. Every engagement is scoped based on your organization’s size, goals, and current marketing baseline. The discovery call is where we figure out whether there’s a fit.
Let's talk about what you're building.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation about where you are and what you’re trying to grow.
