Beth mentioned that we should give ourselves a mini-challenge, be it a minute of lateness or drinking water. She said that there are small things that we need to practice to have our self-care. She also talked about the need for having a reawakening; and that everyone has different spokes that turn in different directions, discover yours, and work towards it.
