Brand Voice &
Positioning
Not just writing words — building the framework that makes every word make sense.
Anderson Strategy Group — Brand & Positioning Overhaul
Infusion Enterprises Client Work
Dr. Natoshia Anderson had secured $1.85M in funding for schools and nonprofits — and a brand that wasn't telling that story. Three different business names, a website built for a speaker instead of a consultant, and a LinkedIn profile that read like a resume instead of a positioning statement.
I built a full brand and digital presence audit, competitor landscape report, and messaging architecture from scratch. Then I rewrote her entire LinkedIn profile — headline, About section, Featured section plan, and a pinned post — with inline notes explaining the strategic reasoning behind every change.

In The Black — Brand Voice & Messaging System
Built from scratch, 2022–present
In The Black is a media brand for women entrepreneurs — a Substack and podcast built around one belief: clarity over hustle, systems over motivation.
I wrote every word of this brand — the positioning, the name, the tagline, the email copy, the onboarding experience, and the paid conversion sequence. All from zero.
Direct Response
Email Copy
Email is where voice either holds or falls apart. I write emails that sound like a person, not a marketing department.
In The Black — Paid Conversion Sequence
Substack Paid Subscriber Campaign
A 4-email re-engagement and conversion sequence written to move a cold audience of former coaching clients toward a paid Substack subscription. No discount. No scarcity tactics. Just specific, trust-building copy with a clear ask.
